The Echad Bride of Messiah
One Bride: Jew & Gentile
One Bride: Jew & Gentile
This Bible study was written primarily out of my own effort to understand the identity of the Bride of Christ. What is clearly written in Scripture, that Gentiles are grafted into the already existent Israel of God, has evolved into a Gentile-centric entity separate from Israel altogether and, in some circles, even claims to have replaced Israel.
The Scripture identifies two constituents, Jews and Gentiles, throughout the biblical narrative, but the redemptive story creates from the two, the One (Echad) Bride of Messiah, described in the New Testament as the One New Man.
The Bible speaks of both individual and corporate salvation, so is true and patterned in the One New Man -- each believing individual becoming part of the corporate One New Man!
My objective is to address the ambiguity and misunderstanding of the corporate identity of the Bride of Messiah with the effort of clarifying our true identity! By not knowing our true identity, we cling to wrong claims and project wrong outcomes -- and more importantly, to highlight our role in this hour, put forth in five basic progressive sections.
Section One
The Law 101 for Christians
To understand the origin and relevance of the collective body of Scripture as one narrative. Rather than "out with the old and in with the new, it's better understood as "seeing the pattern in the old and its fulfillment in the new!" Understanding the Scriptures as a singular narrative helps us align with what was and is, and will always be the eternal Word of God! Read more...
Section Two
The Jewish Wedding
Revealed in The Seven Feasts of The Lord
To highlight the extraordinary pattern between the Jewish Wedding and the Seven Feasts of The Lord and how that pattern is both a construct of time itself as well as the outline of the Old and New Testament doctrines. Read more...
Section Three
The One New Man, His Picture-Perfect Bride
To highlight the individuals that are born again into the Corporate One New Man are the singular Bride of Christ, both Jew and Gentile. Read more...
