As a recap, let’s be clear of the big picture. What is God’s blueprint for His Echad-Oneness in the earth? And what is Universalism (the merging of all faiths) or Globalism, the merging of all nations, attempting to hijack?

In the beginning God created us with no barrier to His Holy Presence – we had total internal clarity of God – His Word was written in our inner beings, our very heart. But being seduced by the Serpent for pleasures separate from God, outside of God, we caved to the lie that we would be as God.

The result, we fell from a very high state of being. In fact, the whole point of repentance means to “return to your high place!” The clarity of God’s Word was now external to us and confusion became our internal state by eating the admixture of good and evil. God, in His benevolence, would allow His Presence to be fractured and compressed into individual Words from His Existence as the Singular, Integrated Word of Truth so that we could learn by constructing Word by Word by Word the revelation of God’s Image, His Echad Oneness.

His Words, The Word, would instruct us on the beginning of our origin, who we were with Him before the fall and who we are now after the fall and how He was going to redeem us back unto Himself from the fall. We first experience God’s reconstruction as individuals, and then He commissions us to join His reconstruction in the world. Tekalam is the Hebrew word for the reconstruction of the world through God’s truth. When God commissioned Israel, His nation of priests, with what is called The Shema, He gave them instruction on how this could be accomplished first as individuals, then as a nation to the world,

Hear (the constructing of word + word = understanding), Israel, The Lord is our God, The Lord is One. And you shall love The Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your might…beware, lest your heart be deceived and you turn and serve other gods and worship them. Deut 6:4-9

If we were to look at an image, such as an apple, we would immediately see and understand an apple. But if I were to describe an apple, then I would use word by word by word to describe it. Hearing those words would construct an image, a concept, of an apple in your mind. God uses the faculty of hearing to build and construct our faith in Him, “…faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God!” Rom 10:17

“Hear, Israel, The Lord is our God, The Lord is One,” is the commission to reconstruct God’s Image in the earth - Word by Word by Word so that all can come to know His true Image and what He is like – and be one with Him! This is the Echad (Oneness) of God! God promised that through Messiah, He would make a new covenant (Jer 31:31-33) where God would once again write on our hearts the full integrated Word of God, His absolute internal clarity!

Behold, days are coming,” declares the LORD, “when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah…I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people. They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares the LORD, “for I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more. Jerm 31:31-34

The Lord also promises the complete fulfillment of this, there will be no need for teaching, prophecy, etc, but that all will know Him! 

No more shall every man teach his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for they all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says the LORD. For I will forgive their iniquity, and their sin I will remember no more.” Jerm 31:34

But that’s not all, though that will be an extraordinary reality, we will also be fully changed to be and experience our unique and intrinsic value in oneness with Him and our unique purpose in His one design! Within every human being ever created is the genome of unity -- it is a part of God's design from the beginning! That is a thrilling hope and future! It is clean, it righteous, it joyful, it is FULL of HIS ABUNDANCE! That is God’s predetermined plan for a global Oneness, His Echad! 

As you can see, religious Universalism or a humanistic Globalism is simply a replacement to this predetermined plan, regardless of good intentions.
