The World's Image

Jesus, the Messiah, came as the expressed and true Image of God as well as the Image of what He intended us to be like, what we looked like before the fall – our nature, and yes, even the power and authority that had been invested in us! He also modeled for us what He is restoring in us, what we will be like in His Kingdom. He was the integrated, unfractured and whole Word of God compressed within a Body – He was quite literally God Incarnate, Emmanuel!

The EXCLUSIVITY of Jesus’ atonement and His Word gives no room – NONE – for any other. He, as our Creator, holds FULL authority and claim over salvation of the human soul. His salvation is inclusive of all in invitation, but exclusive in salvation in Him Alone. All are welcome but it is not an unclean, humanistic, diverse religions where we live separate from God’s truth and design. The “Your truth is your truth and my truth is my truth” is completely non-existent in the Kingdom of God – only His truth prevails! And by the way, His truth is exhilarating and wonderous! All are all expected to submit from wherever we have come from in word, deed or creed to the transformation of soul. The Lord’s reconstruction of His Holy Spirit-filled Body of believers, the Body of Christ, in the world is His expressed Image.

So as we can see in concept that Globalism and Universalism is absolutely the will of God. However, not in humanistic and diverse religious expressions independent of God.  

The nations, every tribe and tongue, will come up to Jerusalem and worship the Great King in their uniqueness – in fact, it gives God great pleasure when we enjoy our true selves. It can not be emphasized enough how The Lord treasures each individual soul! 

The counterfeit to this is in Far Eastern Thought, where its believed that all become one divine nothingness (I can not think of a more uninspiring goal) is a counterfeit to God’s oneness, Satan through Universalism and Globalism seeks to hijack the true model in which God designed for a humanistic god-wanna be construct of reality. It claims the deity of man in his fallen state to evolve in states of humanistic knowledge and welcomes all religions and governments to construct an image, an unholy image filled with a Luciferian spirit, for universal allegiance and worship. 

And as we have seen, Satan is so bold to hijack the very title that belongs EXCLUSIVELY to Jesus, the Messiah, which is Christ! This counterfeit replacement of God’s truth is the seduction of evil claiming to be good and it promises people an autonomy separate from accountability to God Almighty. The tragedy of this pursuit is that folk have bought into concepts that seem right, thinking they have bought a ticket to a certain destination and outcome, when in reality, they have been hijacked in this pursuit. It is a tragedy on two levels, one, folk miss the bliss of God’s Presence and two, instead of embracing their unique identity and purpose, they are busy dispossessing themselves from themselves while claiming their individuality.

Remarkably, God gives the earthly king of Babylon, Nebuchadnezzar, a dream of a great image that would represent the world in earth’s history. The image has a head of gold, chest of silver, torso of bronze, legs of iron and feet of an admixture of iron and clay. God revealed through the prophet Daniel that these were the main empires of the world that would exist individually and then culminate corporately as one image in the last days against Israel. This image would serve as an arch-type of Babylon as well as its nature represents Mystery Babylon. 

In fact, the Book of Daniel gives a detailed beginning and end of theses empires and their correspondence to Israel’s timeline all calumniating in the end times.

Why Israel? It’s a tiny nation the size of New Jersey. In essence, it is not because of Israel, it is because of the God of Israel. Those in under the influence of the spirit of Mystery Babylon have an inordinate resistance to Israel because of God and His Word to Israel – whether consciously or unconsciously! Five times in the Book of Daniel

The nature of these empires would digress in value (gold to silver to bronze to iron to clay – the last being divided) but would increase in hardness or metal strength. It is the pattern and progression of iniquity, by growing in a momentum of sin and thereby becoming harder and harder in conscience – the result being the state of apostasy. 

Daniel went on to reveal that God would use a Stone which was cut from a mountain that would hit the foot of the image and crush the world’s image altogether; and the Stone would become a great Mountain that fills all the earth forevermore. That Stone was Jesus, the Christ, cut from the mountain of Israel and the increase of His Kingdom on earth through individuals born again into their new man, and corporately as the One New Man (Jew & Gentile) triumphing in Jesus’ reign upon the earth. Glory to God! However, the punctuation of this prophecy is not Israel being separate from these Empires but understanding Israel’s presence within these world Empires and how God would trump these Empires in the end-times.

One other note is that Jesus crushed the head of the serpent with His heel, but His ordained and anointed mountain, His Elect both Jew and Gentile, would crush the foot of the image of the world and in steady progression under His Lordship would FILL the earth! 

God’s ways are not our ways – thankfully – otherwise, rather than seeking His ways, we might in our self-righteousness zeal of right by might, threaten the world all around us with our AK47s! Nope, that is not Jesus, friend, He gains victory not my human might or power, but by His blessed Holy Spirit, praise the Lord! 

Five times the Book of Daniel, notes that God rules in the dominion of man and He is in complete control of all of earth’s timelines and events – and He will fulfill His Word with or without us! It is better to obey His bidding than presume action unauthorized by Him!

Most of us know that we can not claim right by might, and that there is a certainly unbecoming expectation for those who do, but there is a far greater and more dangerous weapon threatening the people of God, and that is deception! Let look at current play on motion in our modern times.
